At Baby Things, we really love our car seats. We know that for most people, comparing the pros and cons of different models might sound a little boring — but for us, it’s the kind of conversation we never get tired of. So, we thought: why not put it all down here?

About Our Reviews

We often tell our customers that we don’t rush to review new seats the moment they hit the market. Instead, we like to wait 12–18 months before forming a solid opinion. That gives us plenty of real-world experience — fitting the seats into all kinds of cars, seeing how babies and parents get along with them, hearing direct feedback, and observing how the seats hold up with everyday use.

We’ve learned this approach the hard way. A few times in the past, we shared early impressions of a seat, only to discover design or usability issues months later. Lesson learned!

Our Independence

It’s also important to know: we are not endorsed by any car seat manufacturer. As an independent store, we don’t have exclusive supplier deals or incentives to push one model over another. Our reviews are based purely on hands-on experience with fittings, feedback, and long-term usage.

Of course, opinions may evolve as new issues or improvements emerge — and when they do, we’ll update our reviews to keep them honest and useful.
